How we work
Every project moves through the same six stages. You always know where you are, what happens next, and what you will have in hand at the end of each one.
Discover
We start with a conversation about how you live or work, what the project needs to do, and the budget and timeline it has to fit. No drawings yet, just a clear, shared brief.
Evaluate
We study the site: orientation, light, wind, access, soil, views, and local regulations. For residences we assess Vastu alignment where you want it. Constraints become opportunities before a single line is drawn.
Concept
We explore how the spaces organise, how you move through them, and the overall character of the building. You see options, not a single take-it-or-leave-it plan, and we shape the direction together.
Develop
The chosen direction is resolved in detail: materials, proportions, light, and finishes. Photorealistic visualisation lets you walk through and approve the spaces before anything is built.
Document
We prepare the technical drawing set and coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants, so the design reaches site as intended, with nothing left to guesswork.
Execute
Through construction we visit site, answer the questions that come up, and hold the design to its intent, so the building you move into is the one we drew.
What holds it together
Spatial clarity
Clear volumes, legible plans, light that knows where it is going.
Material honesty
Teak, plaster, and stone allowed to look like what they are.
Contextual sensitivity
Designs that answer their site, climate, and street.
