Do you take projects outside Chennai?
Yes. The studio is based in Chennai and works across India. Site visits are planned by stage, and reviews happen over video between visits.
Can we engage you for a single stage only?
Yes. Consultation, concept design, visualisation, or documentation can be taken up independently, depending on where your project stands.
How are your fees structured?
As a fixed fee, a percentage of project cost, or per stage. We scope each project individually and share a written proposal before any commitment.
Do you design to Vastu principles?
Yes. We regularly plan homes in alignment with Vastu, optimising orientation, ventilation, and daylight without compromising a contemporary design. The Vijayabaskaran Residence was designed this way.
How long does a residence take to design?
Concept to complete documentation is typically a few months, depending on size and how quickly decisions settle. Construction timelines depend on the builder and site.
Do you design interiors independently?
Yes. Interior-only projects are taken up with the same process: brief, concept, visualisation, and detailed drawings for execution.
Do we get to see the design before it is built?
Always. Photorealistic visualisation is part of the process, so you approve what the space will look like before construction begins.
